CBS Radio sports WFAN, New York (660) recruits Josh Lewin from middays at sports sister “105.3 The Fan” KRLD-FM, Dallas to become part of the New York Mets broadcast team. He succeeds Wayne Hagin, who’d worked in the booth for the past three seasons. Lewin previously was a television announcer for the Texas Rangers from 2002-2010. He’s expected to have an on-air role at WFAN beyond Mets games.I'm not sure how Josh will work with Howie Rose, but fans who didn't enjoy hearing Wayne Hagin will likely embrace the change. Let's hope they don't call it the "Peerless Boiler Broadcast Booth" this season.
