WPKN is confused about the U.S. government

From yesterday's program listings on the WPKN Today blog:

WPKN will be carrying the historic inaugural ceremonies of President-elect Barack Obama. This will usher out the eight year reign of George W. Bush and for many Americans the swearing in of the first African-American President of the Unites States, signifies real possibility for political, economic and social change.

Presidents don't reign; they serve a term as defined in the United States Constitution.
