I receive lots of review CDs. There's a big stack on my desk as I type. Sometimes one really grabs my attention. Such is the the sophomore effort from Buxter Hoot'n, entitled In Another Life. Their engaging music lies in a region bordered by country, bluegrass & blues with a Jefferson Airplane feeling.
They'll be at Sullivan Hall in New York on Wednesday, September 22nd. Catch them if you can.
